Getting Started

Meet with us to determine your specific needs.

Pay a retainer.

We will compile your data into a starting Balance Sheet and review it with you to ensure we have a solid starting point.

What we do for you each month

Download and categorize your bank transactions

Reconcile your bank and credit card accounts

Record adjustments as needed (depreciation, interest, etc.)

Provide you with monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports

This information is required for your taxes at the end of the year and is often required by banks for loans. It will also let you know how your business is doing to help you make better business decisions. As an additional service, we can provide consulting, analysis, and insight on how to get the most value from your financial statements.

Pricing

We bill monthly accounting work at hourly rates, which vary based on experience level.
A retainer is required before work is started (minimum initial retainer $1,500).
We will collect a monthly retainer and send a monthly invoice to show how much of the retainer has been used.
The monthly cost is often between $300-1,200 but will vary depending on the size and complexity of the business.
